With nearly three decades of public accounting and fiduciary trust practice, Patrick manages many tax clients ranging from high wealth individuals, trusts and estates, partnerships, and corporations. His extensive knowledge includes tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates; tax and consulting services for small and mid-sized businesses; mergers and acquisitions; business succession planning; and federal and state compliance.

Scott Crane, CPA, is Reynolds + Rowella’s Managing Partner. Scott provides clients with tax planning, research, and compliance services. For more than 30 years, Scott has worked extensively with businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Scott works with a wide range of business clients, with specialties in financial services, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and construction. Scott represents clients in federal and state tax examinations.

Dan Harris, CPA, Partner
Dan joined R+R in 2009 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Dan was a senior manager at PwC and had more than 25 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services to both private and public companies in a wide variety of industries, including nonprofit entities, wholesale distribution, financial services, utilities, and retail, manufacturing, service, and transportation.
Dan is a member of the New Canaan Community Foundation Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman, a member of the Home Building and Remodeling Association of Fairfield County (HBRA), and a member of the Marine Veterans of Fairfield County, Inc., and the treasurer for the Building Hope Foundation.
Dan is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Connecticut. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps.Email Dan

With over 27 years of public accounting experience, specializing in tax compliance, tax planning, tax research, and Federal and State tax examination resolution, Ben’s expertise and experience include tax consulting and tax compliance services provided to corporations, non-profits, partnerships, trusts, estates, and individual clients. Ben’s approach to traditional accounting services is to go the extra mile. He not only provides all of the necessary reports and forms, but he takes the time to help his privately held business owners understand how to use that information to develop strategies for improved performance in the future. Thomas Reynolds, Of Counsel
Thomas Reynolds, CPA, is one of the founding partners of Reynolds + Rowella. Tom works with many of the Firm’s clients in consulting, tax matters, and financial statements. Tom is highly respected and sought-after for his decades of experience in consulting on various issues affecting businesses and not-for-profits, as well as his unique and creative approach to solving problems and executing critical business decisions.
Tom has been a Director of Fairfield County Bank for over 20 years. He is also Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee. Tom has served in various capacities with RVNAhealth over his 15-year association with the Organization, and he currently serves on the Development Committee. Tom serves as a Trustee for two family foundations and is also on the Advisory Committee of Ridgefield’s Meals On Wheels.

Frank Rowella, CPA, is one of the founding partners of Reynolds + Rowella. He consults with business and individual clients in tax and estate planning.
Frank has a wide range of accounting experience which enables him to provide relevant and timely advice and assistance to business owners with their internal accounting, periodic reporting, forecasting, and ultimately, the development and implementation of succession plans. Frank has over 45 years of experience in a broad range of accounting and consulting roles for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
