Right away you will feel welcome at our firm. Our on-boarding program was created to support each new employee from their initial offer through their first few months. Each of our new staff is paired with a “peer buddy” who helps them acclimate quickly with even the littlest things, like how to use the coffee machine.

Internship Program

Our Internship Program provides real-world learning opportunities for students interested in a variety of practice areas, including accounting, auditing, and tax.

An internship with Reynolds + Rowella is a great way to learn business skills and participate in audit and tax compliance engagements under the supervision of our experienced staff. You will build your professional network and obtain real-world experience.

Our internship is designed to acquaint you with the business of public accounting, how a firm makes money, the importance of client service, and how the individuals in the firm contribute to its success as a whole. Our internship program is open to college students. We offer flexible work hours based on your needs and those of the firm.
