I also really appreciate the hybrid schedule, which gives me the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance without feeling like I have to sacrifice either. Having Fridays off during the summer is a huge perk and makes it easy to plan long weekends that I probably wouldn’t be able to at many other firms.
