Right away you will feel welcome at our firm. Part of it is due to our on-boarding program which was created to support each new employee starting from the initial offer throughout their first few months.
As part of our on-boarding program each of our new staff gets a “peer buddy” to help with the “little things” like how to use the coffee machine and learn the ropes.
Employees benefit from our mentoring program because they have someone with greater knowledge and experience to turn to for advice. A mentor can provide an employee with tips on career growth and introduce the employee to other professionals. As the employee matures in his career, a mentor remains a valued adviser to the employee.
Continual learning and support of our staff members provides constant opportunity for professional development. We hold a variety of formal and informal trainings, along with monthly technical sessions to be sure everyone is up to date on all of the latest information, regulations, and laws. Beyond this, our collaborative work environment encourages all of our staff to teach and share information throughout the daily work process.

We know the importance of a cohesive workplace. Our “Fun Committee” hosts a number of great activities and is always coming up with new ways of having fun together. Members of our firm plan and participate in events such as our signature annual “Mystery Trip”, football tailgates, Halloween parties, Apple-Pie Baking Contests, Busy Season games, Post-Busy Season celebrations, meet and greets, golf outings, interactive holiday parties, and anything else fun we come up with!
