Frank A. Rowella, Jr. CPA
Frank serves on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations and is former treasurer of the CTCPA. Prior to co-founding Reynolds & Rowella, LLP Frank worked with several medium sized public accounting firms concentrating in corporate and individual taxation. Frank is a graduate of Pace University.
Thomas F. Reynolds, CPA
Tom works with a number of the Firm’s clients in the areas of consulting, tax matters and financial statements. In addition to his client responsibilities, He recently completed his 10 year term as Chairman of the Connecticut State Board of Accountancy. Tom serves on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations, and has received a number of awards for his community involvement. Tom received his MBA from New York University
Steven I. Risbridger, CPA
Steve represents the Firm on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EMPAQC). Prior to joining Reynolds & Rowella, Steve was a partner with the CPA firm of Radwan, Brown and Co. in Lexington Kentucky. Steve heads up the firm’s New Canaan location. Steve is a licensed CPA in Connecticut and is a member of the CSCPA. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
Ben Maini, CPA
Ben is a member of the AICPA and CSCPA and has a broad background in public accounting and taxation. He specializes in tax compliance, tax planning and research and Federal and state tax examination resolution for corporate, partnerships, trusts, estates and individual clients. He became a partner of Reynolds & Rowella, LLP in 2006 and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Fairfield University.
Scott D. Crane, CPA
With Reynolds & Rowella, LLP since 2003 he became a tax and business consulting Partner in October 2006. Over the past 20 years Scott has work exclusively with privately held businesses with specialties in finance, construction, real estate, retail and manufacturing. He has a unique blend of expertise that enables him to address the business tax issues of companies and the personal tax issues of their owners. Scott is a member of the AICPA and the New York and Connecticut Societies of CPAs. Licensed in New York and Connecticut he received his degree in accounting from Pace University.
Dan Harris, CPA
Dan is licensed in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs. Prior to joining Reynolds & Rowella, LLP Dan spent 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Dan has auditing and accounting experience in working with manufacturing, transportation, retail, and business and financial services companies. He became a partner of Reynolds & Rowella, LLP in 2011 and received his degree from Pace University.
The R&R Story
Reynolds & Rowella, LLP was founded in 1985 as a result of the merger of the individual CPA practices of Tom Reynolds and Frank Rowella. In 1995 Steve Risbridger joined the partnership having previously served as a partner in the firm of Radwan, Brown & Co. in Lexington, Kentucky. During 2006, the firm added two additional partners, Ben Maini and Scott Crane. Ben’s specialties are corporate taxes and expatriate taxation for Fortune 500 companies. Scott’s focus is on closely-held businesses in construction, real estate and hedge fund industries as well as professional service firms such as lawyers, physicians, engineers, etc. In the fall of 2011, Dan Harris became a Partner in the firm leading Assurance Services. Dan has extensive auditing and accounting expertise, particularly working with manufacturing, transportation, retail, and business and financial services companies.
