Thomas F. Reynolds, CPA, received his B.S. degree from Manhattan College and
M.B.A. from New York University. He was formerly a division controller for
a Fortune 500 company, and an auditor for the international accounting
firm of Ernst &Young. He is licensed in the states of Connecticut and New
York, is a member of various professional societies, and is on the boards
of several civic and charitable organizations. He also serves as Chairman
of the State Board of Accountancy.
Frank A. Rowella, Jr., CPA (Partner)
Frank A. Rowella, Jr., CPA, received his B.B.A. from Pace University. Mr.
Rowella was formerly a senior accountant with medium-sized public accounting
firms, concentrating in corporate and individual taxation. Licensed in
Connecticut, he is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public
Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Steven I. Risbridger, CPA (Partner)
Steven I. Risbridger, CPA, received his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University
of Florida. Prior to joining Reynolds and Rowella, Mr. Risbridger was a partner with
the Lexington, Kentucky CPA firm of Radwan, Brown and Company. He is licensed as a
Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Society
of Certified Public Accountants.
Benedetto Maini, CPA (Partner)
Benedetto Maini, CPA, became a partner of Reynolds & Rowella, LLP in 2006.
He has 18 years of public accounting experience and holds a B.S. degree in
Accounting from Fairfield University. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society
of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Notary Public in Connecticut.
Scott D. Crane, CPA. (Partner)
Scott D. Crane, CPA, became a partner of Reynolds & Rowella, LLP in 2006. He
has over 17 years of public accounting experience and holds a B.B.A. degree
in Public Accounting from Pace University. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of
Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
Richard J. Proctor, CPA, CVA, Cr.FA, CFGM (Principal)
Richard J. Proctor, CPA, CVA, Cr.FA, CFGM, is a practicing Certified Public
Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst who consults with clients in matters
of business and damage valuations, federal and state tax matters, and who
provides expert testimony. Richard has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in
Finance from Columbia University. He is a tenured Professor of Accounting
at the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University
and a member of many professional organizations.
