Reynolds & Rowella, LLP is the result of a merger of two individual CPA practices. Tom Reynolds started his CPA firm in 1980, with a focus on individuals, small companies and start-up entities. Frank Rowella started his CPA firm in 1984. His prior experience included senior positions at CPA firms servicing a variety of business entities. In 1995, Reynolds & Rowella, LLP, admitted its third partner, Steve Risbridger. Steve, who joined the firm in 1993, was formerly a partner in the firm of Radwan, Brown & Co., in Lexington, Kentucky. 

During 2006, Reynolds & Rowella added two new partners to the firm: Benedetto Maini, CPA and Scott D. Crane, CPA. Ben specializes in corporate tax returns and expatriate taxation for Fortune 500 companies. Scott's focus is on closely-held businesses in the construction, real estate, and hedge fund industries as well as for professionals such as lawyers and physicians.
